The Desai family's journey in American business began the way so many enduring enterprises do — modestly, and in hospitality. A first property became a second. A reputation for clean rooms, fair dealing, and genuine welcome became the foundation for something far larger than any one hotel.
Over more than three decades, that foundation grew into a diversified holding company spanning hospitality operations, hotel development, construction, and quick-service restaurants. Each new chapter was built deliberately — financed prudently, staffed thoughtfully, and integrated into a shared platform that made the whole stronger than its parts.
